We invite you to take part on June 29 - July 1, 2020 at the VIII International Scientific and Practical «Fuzzy Systems, Soft Computing and Intelligent Technologies»
(FSSCIT-2020). The conference is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Soviet (Russian) Association of Fuzzy Systems, formed January 18, 1990, which in 2005 was renamed the Russian Association
of Fuzzy Systems and Soft Computing.

The conference
PUBLICATION OF REPORTS
Original scientific papers corresponding to the main directions of the conference, which have not been published before, are accepted at the conference.

From one author, no more than 2 reports are allowed, and in each of the reports - with no more than two co-authors.

The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.

Accepted reports will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed at the RSCI.

Extended versions of the best reports are planned to be published in issues of journals from the VAK list: "Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making", "Fuzzy Systems and Soft Computing", "Software Products and Systems", "Soft Measurements and Computing".

The English-language versions of the reports recommended by the reviewers are planned to be placed in one of the electronic libraries indexed by Scopus after the presentation of the report in person at the conference.
ORDER OF PARTICIPATION

Authors register the application on the conference website
The application shall indicate:
  1. Full Name.
  2. Place of work, position.
  3. Academic degree, title.
  4. Phone, email address.
  5. Form of participation (full-time, part-time).
  6. Title of the report.
  7. Abstract.
  8. Keywords.
An application may be rejected if:
  • deadlines for submitting an application;
  • the application does not correspond to the subject or level of the conference.

Authors send full reports to the Conference Organizing Committee
Papers are presented as a MSWord file in accordance with the template attached to the conference website. Non-compliance of the report with the established template is the basis for its rejection.

The volume of the report is from 8 to 10 fully filled pages.

Participants must send a letter of consent to the Conference Organizing Committee to publish the reports in an open press (electronic copy, original).

After the adoption of the report or its revision (if necessary), the authors send to the Conference Organizing Committee:
  • the final version of the report in Russian (in electronic form by mail to conference@softcomputing.ru);
  • confirmation of payment of the registration fee in the amount of 2500 rubles. to participate in the conference (in electronic form by mail to conference@softcomputing.ru);
  • the original letter of consent is sent by mail to the Conference Organizing Committee: branch of FSBEI HE "NRU" MPEI "in Smolensk, 214013, Russian Federation, Smolensk, Energetichesky proezd, 1).

Participation in the conference
Authors submit their reports at the conference.

Authors of reports recommended for publication in an electronic library with indexing in Scopus provide English versions of reports
Information on the date and conditions for the submission of English-language versions of reports will be announced additionally.
By submitting their reports to the Organizing Committee of NSMVIT-2020, the authors guarantee that they are the owners of exclusive rights to the transmitted materials and provide the conference organizers with the right to publish, subsequently distribute in print, and use electronic copies of the materials, including the right to placement of electronic copies in databases presented in the form of scientific information resources of the Internet by distributing separate independent parts of articles, the right to building electronic copies of articles (play), the right to extract the metadata (processing) of articles and use them for filling data bases.
